My Videos aren't playing. What now?
Make sure you're browser is up to date. Check your internet connection speed. You can do so using speedtest.net. Also, at times you may find videos take a bit longer to load depending on your connection speed and many other factors. A videos are severed from the Cloud and should load well for most people. Video are played via the modern HTML5 video player. No Flash Player needed, though Flash fallback is running just in case.
Videos play in Safari, Goggle Chrome and Internet Explorer. Firefox uses a different video codec and does not work at this time. I am looking into solutions.

How do I activate my Membership?
Look for the email confirmation with the link to the login/registration page. Click on the link in the email to be taken to this page and create your login. Then login using that same information. If you don't see that email in you inbox, please check your spam or junk filters.
Can I update my Account and Membership details?
Yes. See the Account link in the navigation bar at the top of the website. Click on it and you should be able to manage your account.

Simply, no. This is digital product with instant access. Members could watch the videos then request a refund. All sales are final.
